Our nervous system obtains balance through consistency. This doesn’t necessarily mean we have to follow a timeline or a schedule, but we can certainly benefit from a routine.

So why does our mind present new ideas?

When we have the urge for spontaneous action, it is our body’s way of introducing new ways to take care of ourselves- an opportunity to see what works for us and what doesn’t work for us.

The function of the mind is to help us understand our body. To tell us what it needs in signals that also give us direction.

To take accountability for our own actions, at the very least, has the power to change our current trajectory. Understanding that our actions play an impact on others establishes this need for peace, why it’s important to do what needs to be done.

Solutions are not always clear, so when you see a chance, take it. An effort benefits us all.

Team Building:

Team Building:

There is always a reason things happen the way they do, and in my experience, the “why” is important.

I am not led by blind faith in others, and you really shouldn’t be either. Even if they do have our best interest at heart, our perspectives will always be different.

It’s important we work together, but with all parties involved in decision making. This is what creates a team.

Focusing on specific relationships causes us to neglect and weaken other bonds we have created, which have also been created with purpose.

Consider other areas or people in your life that deserve attention, and remember we all have a chance at redemption.

Life flows easier when everyone works together.

Reflections:

Into The Dark:

Into The Dark:

To every light, there is a shadow. Environmental events of any kind are showing us who we REALLY are. The guidance and effectiveness we need to see about our reality on a larger scale.

When we take notice, these things can certainly overwhelm us.

SET YOUR BOUNDARIES, TAKE YOUR BREAKS, BUT DON'T EVER GIVE UP.

People spend their lives trying to beat the bad guy not realizing that the darkness will always be a part of us. It serves its purpose on this plane by showing us what could be, what we have overcome, and what parts of us we sometimes choose to ignore.

In the dark, we find the light, our motivation, our way of seeing. The way ahead may follow it, but it is in the darkness we travel.

We have choices, and we have our own lessons to learn, but when you "liberate" someone, the responsibility and direction of life remains theirs. True freedom.

As a journeyman of life, you can be shown the door to this freedom, but you still must be the one to walk through it…

In some instances, “no” teaches us how to set boundaries. Because it is up to us to decide what and who participates in our reality.

And so, while it’s important we not build walls- to keep others out- it is an important directive to establish boundaries, so as to prioritize your well being over others’.

Between the television, internet, social media, and mobile phones, there will always be a way to find the information we seek, and usually a place to find who we seek. The benefit to this is knowledge. The disadvantage to this is indulgence.

When we are engaging in environments, people, and experiences not directly affecting our reality, we are opening ourselves up to vibrations our body may not be equipped for. The digestion of these worldly problems may be more difficult to someone who has not experienced that type of behavior.

Our habits of resourcefulness and problem solving become a direct result of our experiences. You don’t have to ignore the rest of the world, but when you are tuning in, be sure it is something that you are comfortable processing and/or letting go of. The effects on your body are more prominent than you may realize.

It is also ok to feel appreciative for what you have yourself.

These emotions can coexist, and must.

Don’t get distracted by recent events or a thinking pattern in which you become the victim. A chance at independence and justice will always exist. Instead, focus on the freedoms you have earned yourself, what you have let go, and what you have learned from in the process.

Learn from the love you have gained and pay it forward. Cycles can be broken.

And this is absolutely true, which sent me into the expansion of this idea. This mentality, the concept of laziness vs. purpose per say, is mainly targeted in the work environment. Now, we are on this planet to enjoy life, having our basic needs met and kept safe. The "woke" community understands this. However, that does not directly translate to not having to work at all, which is what the other party in this scenario is observing. We ALL have a part to play in society. This doesn't mean you have to go get the typical job, pay typical bills, and play into the role of working your life away, but when we work, we should do it with purpose. If you have a certain lifestyle that suits you, do the work that can get you to that point. If it requires money, find a way to make it. If it requires your time, make time for it. This "new generation of workers," the title that we have been so humbly assigned, is here to show us that there does not need to be this attachment to a specific career choice. They understand that humans are evolving, and sometimes that means moving on. Which is what we should all be doing. Workers are replaceable, but so are employers. This is an open concept. It is not intended to be a rivalry.

To try and predict a future pattern has its risks. At any point in time, these visions can change. Action redirects the world, and as things shift, so do these ideas. But to live day by day has the benefit of always being in control of your life. This experience of reality gives us insight on how we are progressing and opens our eyes to opportunities as they present themselves.

Sometimes what we envision hinders our growth, as this mentality of planning sets us on a specific path.

Do what makes you happy, even as this will inevitably change. By maintaining that frequency, you will always have the life you deserve.

Everything that exists, exists on an energy wavelength. What we ingest, becomes a part of our own energetic field. And what we crave, has a purpose. It is our intentions that decide whether this works in favor of the body.

Emotion is a powerful energy. As we experience the surge, this incoming emotional frequency, how we respond holds the power of creation, along with the power of destruction.. these forces always running parallel.

When we are completely enveloped in these vibrations, we all lose focus and most logic. Not only does our response become rash, but our bodies become overwhelmed and undernourished. When we allow ourselves to soften, easing our nervous system and in turn granting our bodies the ability to understand, they become a sort of guide- because these signals have a purpose. It is this stillness, this pause, that shows us what direction to take, and what direction to avoid.

Likewise, when we choose to ignore these feelings, we become lost… our minds unable to find order in what is going on around us.

However, emotion is and forever will be a part of the human experience, and what we see in our reality is how these emotions affect others. Don’t be the catalyst for chaos. Listen to your body.

We are taught “worship” to a being who has lived, and died, just like the people who still exist.

What we can learn from religious practices is how to be part of a community, how to support one another: a different kind of family, one you have chosen to be a part of.

We are learning, every day, and whether it’s from the people you are interacting with, or just the experiences that you are creating, you deserve the credit for the life you give yourself. You are making the choices. You are dealing with the consequences and rewards, in this lifetime. This is not some orchestrated game that we are a part of.

To be a decent human being is not a religious concept. It’s a life you have chosen.

Instead of living life by a trial and error sequence, we must consider our relation to nature. The need for rain, the need for sun, elemental power and what this translates to. We must also consider how much of these elements we are experiencing, and a key representation of this is our emotions.

I read this quote for the first time early one morning, and it has not left my mind since.

We all question whether we can change someone or if an outcome could be different. This is a natural cycle in emotional processing. The future is never certain, and the truth is, there is always a difference we can make. We have these thoughts and desires for a much greater purpose than ourselves.

But it is also here we experience free will and the battle of the ego.

Life is full of opportunities to learn, for growth, and it will continue on with or without this understanding. My experience has taught me to make peace with my battles, to accept that we all choose our own fate. We are in control of nothing but ourselves, and we must take care of what we are given. Love, and love deeply. It is all we have to offer the world in return.

Minimalism, choosing not to raise children, and the desire to work for yourself is not just a trend. Humans are more aware now than ever. With this awareness, we are seeing how these traditions of “more” are distracting.

We all have things we must attend to, but be aware of how you divide these tasks. Time for yourself, your body, your sanity, should be your top priority.

“Take care of yourself so you can take care of everything else you want to take care of.”
